One of the significant aspects of the AdFed C.O. mission is to support education in the marketing and advertising fields. AdFed C.O. strives to assist members, as well as future advertising professionals, learn and grow for the betterment of our industry. To that end, AdFed C.O. sets aside monies each year to offer as scholarships to members and students.
Continuing Education Scholarships for Members:
“Due to negative economic impacts and unfortunate downsizing at my company, I suddenly found myself without in-house design resources. AdFed’s scholarship provided me the opportunity to take a beginning InDesign class and gave me the confidence to pursue design projects. Central Oregon Community College offers non-credit Graphic and Web design courses. These courses are intended to provide updated skills to those already in the industry, helping to keep them current with software and trends, as well as give new students the opportunity to check out the field and learn basic fundamentals.
Applicants must be a current AdFed C.O. Member to be eligible for the scholarship. There is a maximum award of $100 per recipient, per term.

AdFed C.O. Scholarship Recipient
AdFed C.O. awards a minimum of one college scholarship per school year to a COCC student pursuing a degree related to marketing, advertising or design. Students are nominated by COCC faculty and the scholarship is managed by the COCC Foundation. The current scholarship amount is $1,000.
