He has served clients including Virgin America, Sears, Kmart, Warner Bros., Hilton Hotels, United Airlines, Blockbuster, UPS, Hewlett-Packard, Hyundai, T.G.I. Friday’s and many others.
Prior to launching MSA in 2002, he spent nearly 15 years at loyalty pioneer Brierley+Partners, where he was EVP/Chief Creative Officer, a member of the strategy review board and executive committee. Throughout his career Howard has authored or co-authored many articles on customer loyalty and relationship management, and been a sought-after speaker and guest lecturer.
