Presenter: Jason Grigsby, Co-Founder, Cloud 4, Portland, OR
When Jason Grigsby was introduced to Mosaic, the world’s first web browser, in 1995, he declared, “This web thing is too slow and will never go anywhere.” Within six months of making this foolish proclamation, he built his first website and spent the next 11 years doing it professionally. At that point, he was bitten by the mobile bug, prompting him to throw caution to the wind and start a new company focused on mobile and web development.

Despite his early incorrect prognosis about the web as co-founder of Cloud Four, Jason has a proven track record of identifying upcoming trends and positioning clients to take advantage of new technology. He specializes in helping customers determine the best way to accomplish their business objectives online. He was one of the project leads on the Obama iPhone Application and helped design the user interface for the Wall Street Journal’s Blackberry application.

Jason has been a featured speaker at various organizations on topics ranging from web analytics to website performance. He blogs at CloudFour.com and can be found on Twitter as @grigs.
